  Roi has been our plumber for the past 2+ years (handling a water heater replacement and a kitchen faucet installation). Last month, after we discovered a major tree root intrusion to our original main line (we had 100 year old cast iron pipes), Roi used pipe bursting to replace our main line with state of the art new plumbing. He dealt with the city on the permits and despite an 11th hour required change from the city engineer, brought the job in on schedule, as quoted. He is honest, professional, easy to work with, on time, fair, responsive, communicative and manages a great team. He and Desiree are wonderful people and we couldn't recommend them more highly.

  Roi and his team were great. I cannot recommend this company enough...I needed a plumber ASAP and Roi got back to me right away (it was a weekend!) and was already at my house Monday morning. Got started on the job immediately, was always on time and very communicative. Will call Roi for all of my plumbing needs in the future, super professional, efficient and quality work! thank you!
