  During the week between Christmas and New Year, my water heater went up. Not a good time when you have family in from out of town. I called Empire Plumbing and Heating since this company was used by our contractor for a recent bathroom remodel. I didn't expect to hear from Spiro within 30 minutes of my message. Spiro came the next day and within 24 hours I had hot water. Now, that's what I call service! We have since used Spiro to add a pressure gauge and filter where the water enters the house. Spiro is knowledgeable, respectful and very friendly. We have found our "go-to" for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend,

  P-trap leak prevented me from doing laundry. I called Empire Plumbing & Heating LLC and was greeted by Spiro who removed the old trap and extension tube and replaced with new PVC parts. Spiro's work is exceptional and I have peace of mind knowing that he stands behind his work. Thank you for a job well done, Spiro!
