  Will assisted me today and was fantastic. Fast, friendly & efficient. Great communicator and courteous. I have other work (in the future) that I want to get done and will be reaching out to Reliability Home Services again for service (and intend to request Will again). Not sure if you can request who you work with but 5 stars service and support from Will. Thank you!

  This company totally scammed me. I have never written a review before but feel the need to warn others. I recently moved and I have been in my home for a year. I rent my current home and my previous one as well. I was a part of a home maintenance program, which they heavily advertise when speaking to them on the phone. You pay this $25 dollar subscription monthly in order to receive free quotes for whenever you need home maintenance. I called to have an issue with my shower looked at and was charged the FULL quote when I am a part of this program. Figured it was a clerical error so I called in, only to find out it only applies to your residency address not your name. So the money I have been paying in this subscription I cant use to cover my quote today. So I have been giving them money for OVER A YEAR only to find out I cant utilize it because I moved and I am in a different home. The office manager was rude about this and didn't even try to sympathize with my situation. I told her this is a large sum of money! I questioned why they were letting me pay this subscription, MONTH AFTER MONTH, if I cant use it. Her response was that it was my duty to inform them that I moved. I told her that they would rather wait, let people forget, and assume that the money they are paying is being applied to their account. SO I have been essentially paying them for a year for NOTHING. I asked to refunded and she said they cant do it. So I paid them $150 today to get a quote on my plumbing issues and $300 dollars for the past year. All the while I still have a plumbing issue. The office manager couldn't be less than understanding, you think she would understand my dilemma and refund me some of the money or the quote today. She was condescending as if this is a non-issue. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I have tried calling to reasonably work this out and I was met with resistance. ** If someone from the company would reach out i would appreciate it. I want to resolve this!

  Within an hour of having my request answered, Will was here to look at my busted potty. He gave me several options for repair and then completed the repair quickly. Pretty sure he left my bathroom cleaner than he found it ! Very professional and was very impressed with his quick response on Christmas Eve! Definitely recommend! Thanks again Will!
