  My furnace quit on Sunday so I call because they say 24hrs, they aren't 24hrs service they are 8 to 5 dont let them fool ya ,no heat to me is a emergency! I did receive a call back in a few hours, the next day they came out, parts needed to be ordered, he was done by 1pm. You would think they would order the parts that day!! Nope that didn't happen 😕 So it's been 6 days now and nothing, Thanksgiving was a wash, I couldn't have family over with no heat and a cold home! The office staff has been very rude to me, not a good way to do business! I bet they were nice and warm for their Thanksgiving holiday!! So disappointed 😞 will not ever recommend for use again!! STILL FREEZING IN MY HOME!!

  They would not honor my warranty for my Bryant furnace. I verified WITH Bryant my warranty WAS still valid and have a reputable company coming. The company that is coming took my information and verified with Bryant my warranty with Bryant IS valid, I have to pay for labor and parts are still under warranty. Considering the Inducer Motor is about $600 that’s a big deal. The woman who answered the phone at EDWARDS ROYAL kept insisting that because I hadn’t spent over $100 a year for some useless annual service my warranty would not be in force. She would not listen or didn’t care that my furnace IS still under warranty. Liar.

  Usually they do great and I have no problems. But this time a couple hours after he left I luckily went into garage. Found furnace leaking a fast drip that had already made a very big puddle and lots of splashing all over things. I put a bucket under it. Called them and he came back the next day, said he left a cap off, and fixed it. I had to empty the 5 gallon bucket several times until then. If I hadn't caught it quickly it would have caused damage.
