  I just bought a brand new home here in Lafayette, a utility smashed my sewage line and created a huge problem. I started calling around and a few plumbers I call said “ we are scheduling 10 days out.” ( due to staffing shortages) I called Anderson and Teresa said “we will be there tomorrow morning at 8am.” They showed up, They were awesome! The issue we had was much worse than originally thought, they did not have to break up my driveway, they have all the right connections, and had the job 100% complete by 4pm. They did a great job and the folks they used are great. THANK YOU ANDERSON!!

  We cannot thank Anderson Plumbing enough. They not only saved us $8k from a tough situation the Peterman Brothers put us in, but saved us our sanity as well. Thank you for your responsiveness, educating us, being dependable and trustworthy, and going above & beyond. This company truly cares about its customers and I cannot recommend them enough. We will be turning to Anderson for ANY and ALL of our future plumbing needs. If you’re on the fence of who to help, PLEASE give them a call. Absolutely amazing service from ALL who worked on our home today. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they gave us options! This was something the Peterman Brothers did not do. The Peterman Brothers told us we had only one way of fixing our blockage by tearing our driveway out and digging up our neighbors yard and they wouldn’t even touch the standing water in our basement or fix our problem for a week from when we initially called them. PLEASE turn to Anderson for honest and trustworthy work. Thank you all SO much again! Lifetime customers right here!

  Based on my recent experience with this company, in my own opinion, I would say avoid this company. They tried to shock me to get more money out of me. I have a 3-head shower with center diverter that gone bad - would not turn much, and the shower was not getting enough water, at the same time water was partly coming into tub. So I called this company. A guy (in lower 30s, I believe) came in to fix, promptly I might add. Note that you pay for drive time that is part of initial one hour fee. He looked at the problem - diverter replacement - and tried to remove a nut/socket from the valve. He could not. He did not even have proper tools with him. Then he said he need to cut open the wall to replace the valve and would cost $700. He addressed to me his partner as his "accomplice" which I thought was a strange choice of word to use. He refused to replace the stem I had ready in unopened package. He said he would only put the old part back, and he just did that, though I told him that I was paying him for his services through $125 per hour. At that point I refused to pay, and he said he did not want my money (hence 2-stars instead of 1-star). He left. Though I did not pay to this company, I had a bad experience, and thought I should have avoided in the first place by following the advise from some of the reviews. I thought my issue was simpler. Those reviewers' warnings turned out to be true.
