  Our office was incredibly impressed with Eric's work from start to finish! He arrived to examine our faulty water heater at the scheduled time, delivered a quote for replacement on the same day, and completed the installation less than 24 hours after we requested his services. His professionalism and timeliness seems rare to find - and now we have hot water again! We will definitely call him for our next plumbing need.

  Eric, the owner, is reliable, prompt, and trustworthy. I have older plumbing that has a tendency to clog at the most INOPPORTUNE! times and Eric has saved the day on more than one occasion. I have rarely found a service provider I feel so strongly about recommending to others. You really can't go wrong depending on Eric and Economy Rooter.

  I was referred to this company by a plumbing wholesaler in Auburn, AL. Eric, the owner/operator - Economy Plumbing, answered my call promptly. After explaining the problem I had he told me he couldn’t promise me same day service but he would do his best. To my surprise an hour later, he called me to let me know he was on his way. It took him less than 20 minutes to snake my plumbing and his rate was by far the cheapest in town. He was polite, professional and explained what the problem was and how unfortunately tree roots can grow into pipes. I would refer Eric to ANYONE that’s on a budget and wants the job done right and in a timely manner!
