  Phone rep and the service tech, Pierre, were nice, but they charged me $225 dollars to install an $8 part that you just simply plug in on top of the $99 service call. I understand paying for labor, the cost of the part, and testing, but this was ridiculous. They have not responded to my email asking about why such a huge upcharge. I would avoid this company as there are better ones out there not as likely to overcharge you.

  Called because our AC unit was accumulating water. Gary B. was the technician and came promptly, was very courteous and professional. There is a $105.95 automatic diagnostic fee, but he was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes and completely fix the blocked condensate line in an hour. He answered all our questions and I feel confident that the problem is resolved. I would highly recommend.

  Commercial ac unit, 10 ton to be exact was installed on my business 2 years ago. Since day 1 I was very disappointed paid more then 15k and until this day the unit is not working properly. Not even on the winter, less then a week ago I called they came and checked it out and said it was working fine, charge me 300 just to check it. Very expensive and not trustworthy at all.
