  Is asked for load calculation and before I paid for the services I told him that I’m switching to a bigger unit and he said “that’s no problem I will redo the calc just let me know” so I figured I’d just pay for it now and he can rerun the number again afterward since it’s not that close to drive there. Two days later I asked for re calc of the load and he said “ he wont do it unless I pay him again” Complete sham and a liar

  Called trying to get information. Spoke to two members of the staff, and neither were professional on the phone. I won't be using this company.
