  I would like to express our excellent experience with Andrew’s performance today while replacing our water heater. He was very professional and after evaluating the issue he explained everything in details and gave us the possible options. We decided to go with ten year warranty and trust his expertise in consulting us. With help of his two coworkers everything was done in timely matter and after he was done with everything he talk to my husband and me and showed us new water heater and all the features.Everything to the small detail was done professionally and with smile.   Tyler came out and replaced my toilet for me today and did a great job. He set me up with a much more comfortable toilet as well, instead of just throwing the same type on there. He also noticed the valve was outdated and replaced that for me as well! And then to go above and beyond, on his way out, I have a step that had a loose board. He took a couple screws and fixed my step! It’s nice to see there are people out there who will go that extra step to help someone out. I truly appreciated that! Tyler is definitely an asset to your company and because of him, I would recommend Neffsville plumbing to a friend! I work at Stauffers and our goal is to delight shoppers, well I was definitely delighted with my experience with Neffsville plumbing today! Thank you Tyler!

  My gas water heater started leaking. I called Neffsville in the morning, a crew came out 30 minutes later and replaced with a new gas water heater by 1 o'clock. I got a better than normal quality heater and the install was great. I'm not real informed on pricing of water heaters and labor so I can't address the pricing with any certainty. However, I was looking for quality and professionalism and I believe I got what I paid for.
