  We had an emergency after hours clog. Ken Burgos was absolutely amazing. So friendly. Prompt. Efficient. Showed me exactly what was wrong, step by step. He deserves a huge raise and should be applauded for his service. Would recommend over and over.

  We used this business for the initial service call to evaluate the situation, but ended up putting the water heater in with our volunteers. The technician Terrance Jackson was great, as was the service person Roger. They were the only company we called willing and able to come out immediately on a Friday afternoon.

  I had to replace the trim and rough for a tub and shower, which required cutting a hole in the adjacent wall to get to the plumbing. The work was excellent, the plumber was professional, and the price was competitive. Those in the office were really nice as well.
