We are so pleased with the integrity of JCP Plumbing Inc. We had them out earlier this year for a toilet leak problem. For some reason the repair failed and began to subtly leak around the toilet base which then caused water damage to the baseboard. They came out the same day to inspect and scheduled a full repair. They rectified the problem without hassle. It was a pleasant experience giving everything going on in 2020. They were professional, courteous and did what was needed to make things right. We are grateful for how they stood behind their service and workmanship. We highly recommend calling JCP Plumbing Inc. for any plumbing needs.

Profesional crew, they fixed our problems. They were on site for almost half the hours that I am being billed for, and I've been told the bill isn't going to change after speaking with their office. Also the workers they send out will not tell you anything about what to expect for a bill, not the labor cost, not the parts cost, they just tell you to expect something in the mail. So when I received my bill with false hours I was shocked to say the least.

Hello Hash MacFarkle. I'm sorry you feel that we over billed you. Our plumber, Anthony really tried his best to get your water back and running the evening you called us. Unfortunately it was after hours, and our supply houses were closed, and we didn't have a replacement pump in stock. I searched myself, here at our shop. At the moment we are overwhelmed with service work, and are scheduling 3-5 days out, but because you're a long time customer, and had no water, I made the decision to send you plumbers, who normally work on new construction, and are very capable. I told them to resolve your water issue and to get back to their scheduled job, and we, in the office, would bill you. That's why they didn't hand you an invoice. The time we bill for is not only the on-site time that you seen them, but also the time it took them to pick-up your pump and necessary materials to make your repairs. Because of being a regular customer we didn't include in your invoice Anthony's time, which should have been time & a half for coming out to troubleshoot the first evening. Again, I'm sorry you feel overcharged, but we tried to be as fair as possible. Thank you, J. "Shorty" Padilla
