  Finding a quality service person these days has become impossible. I called 2 other plumbers I had used before and they were checking availability for the following week. As everyone knows when you need a plumber it is really a today need. So the first great thing about Jay is he made himself available. Then he provides a precise time rather than giving himself a 2-3 hour window. That is a big deal so I don't end up losing an afternoon wafting for them. He shows up dressed like a businessman instead of like a plumber. He is very careful not to make a mess and in my view went overboard to make sure the work was done correctly and nothing was leaking. He cleaned up so everything so my kitchen was as clean as when he showed up. He finally spent a few minutes explaining how to process the warranty. Was delighted with this guy and had to tip him big. Best experience I have had with any service company for a long time. 5 Stars is not enough.

  My Problem was not difficult. Despite that Jay was amazingly meticulous and careful. I would not hesitate to call him again for any type of plumbing job. It is so hard to find quality work and this one comes with a smile and genuine concern and interest.

  Amazing service. Jay was very helpful walking me through how to replace my shower faucet. He gave me a diagram and step by step instructions on the correct way to remove, inspect and install the cartridge. With the information given it was so easy to complete the project with no leaks. Jay, I don’t think I would be able to complete this project with out your knowledge. Thank you for taking to time to walk me through everything. I now have hot water again. 😄
