Many thanks to Citywide. My elderly parents, one who is bed bound had a sewer back up. I called them at 10:46 pm. Received a call at 11:20pm they were on there way. The plumber just finished a job right by his house in kew gardens and came to Nassau county to help my parents out. Despite the fact that he was right by his house and it was late, he was extremely nice and professional. When he was done he performed a few tests to make sure everything was good. I'm forever thankful and now a loyal customer.

After having three different contractors come to look at my collapsed old cesspool. Sales manager Tyrone Hardy, had a common sense approach and in my opinion was the most honest when surveying what I needed. This was the reason I choose Citywide and I definitely made the right choice. The crew was also extremely professional and fixed a huge sinkhole caused by an old underground cesspool and replaced 20 feet of pipe. I will definitely use City wide again and highly recommend them.

We called them on Sunday morning to clear our main house drain line that got backed up from the flooding from the storm. A team came about two hours later and were able to clear the line via the house trap vent access in less than an hour. The price was as promised over the phone. The only issue was that I had to prod them to try snaking through the vent line rather than their first attempt to dig out access to the house trap, which would have caused more time, more damage, more repairs, and a lot more money. Edit to address Citywide's response... The main house vent access is located directly over the main house trap, and is correctly configured to curve towards the trap, rather than T straight into it, making for a smooth and easy snaking process. Regardless, as I've already stated, the team's first desire was to dig out the trap (about 6' of dirt), break the trap's cap, snake the drain, and then repair the trap. This method would have definitely caused more time, damage, and money than at least trying to clear through the vent first, which worked perfectly. I understand that you as a company want to maximize profits whenever possible, but perhaps at times you should think of servicing the customer's needs first. Due to your response, I have adjusted my rating.

We appreciate your positive feedback - we are cautious when snaking thru vent lines as that is not the proper way to get best results in the line snaking and also because the trap can break and cause damage either way I’m glad it worked out !! Thanks so much for choosing Citywide and we are thankful for your business
