Gramman Plumbing is A+. Bobby and team (Pete, John, Kevin, Paddie, Tom, ...) and the staff (Joanna, Jackie, Maria, Rose/Roe, ...) are professional, responsive, and the best plumbing company that you could ever hope for. The best at kitchen plumbing, new bathroom, water heater, steam heating and boiler installation/repairs, radiant heating, water piping repairs, gas line installation, and anything plumbing & heating. I did an oil to gas conversion after my oil boiler gave out. Grumman's plumber Rob and Nick were very punctual and clean and friendly. The installation of the new gas boiler and indirect water heater was very professional and neat and orderly. It took three day for them to complete the project and we are thrilled with the outcome. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing related work.

Gramman Plumbing installed a brand new gas heating system & hot water heater. The work crew did an impeccable job and was courteous and considerate. I am sure that I will continue to use their services and would definitely recommend them. I am just sorry that I haven’t used their services before now.

Gramman Plumbing is very responsive and professional. ... always pointing out your options before you commit to anything.  Honest and reliable.  We use them for our boiler service and any plumbing issues we have due to living in an old home.  We also used them for our Oil to Gas coversion and they  left our basement immaculate. We are very happy with the service provided by the Gramman team. We noticed that water wasn't as hot or even warm enough, so called Gramman (was evening, and after-hours). Nick suggested that he would have someone take a look next day, and suggested few things like unplugging electricity from water heater and turning off water into the heater. Next day got a call little before 8am from them, and they arranged for a technician to have a look within the hour.

Keith, the tech, stopped by as advised by their phone rep. Maria, and gave us a quote after inspecting the problem and speaking with their office. I also spoke to Bobby (who runs the biz I believe) that afternoon, who assured to get the specific water heater 'Bradford White' asap and set expectations (which I really liked) on possible extra day delay in the event they received the heater late in the day.

Keith was here the next morning with the new heater and had it up and running.

Thanks to Nick, Keith and Bobby, we had the water heater installed within a day's time after first inspection. Definitely recommend them.

High quality, professional, courteous and clean work. Their plumbers wore special shoe coverings and brought in other special equipment to make sure that my house stayed clean. They did high-quality and clean work.  They knew their stuff. The most reliable plumbers that I have hired.  If you want to hire a plumber who stands behind their work and not have to worry about any issues, I recommend Gramman Plumbing.

I've worked with Gramman plumbing twice and both experiences have been wonderful.

The first was a situation in which carbon monoxide was spilling into my home due to a lack of draft in the chimney.

I had reached out to several plumbing companies and chimney companies, none of which could give me a definitive answer or solution.

Enter Bobby. He took the time to trouble shoot several potential solutions, ran calculations to make sure there was enough air for combustion and ultimately found the right solution, which was switching from an automatic electric start to a standing pilot light, which was enough to keep the flue warm and establish a proper draft.

When I sold that house and bought a house that we were going to gut renovate, there was only one option for our plumber. I told my GC that Gramman needed to be the plumber, and they were brought on to do the job.

They plumbed the entire house (3 bathrooms, new kitchen, new boiler, new hot water heater, new pipes throughout, and several zones of radiant).

Bobby and his team were prompt and professional throughout, in addition to being perfectionists, which I love.

They even built me a manifold that allows me to shut off water to any part of the house, so I never need to shut off water for the whole house.

They went above and beyond and as a result, I will never use another plumber.

In my opinion, truly the best in the business.

Gramman Plumbing and Heating is a one stop shop, no need to look elsewhere. They are experts in their trade, the workmanship is impeccable. I hired Gramman for a oil to gas conversion in my house, its a project that needed to be completed to perfection and these guys did not disappoint. They earned every bit of 5 stars in my book. A bunch of plumbing companies on long island and these guys compete with the best of um.
