  Nice plumbers but the office manager Laurie is incredibly hostile. Informed us today that none of the work comes with any form of guarantee. That’s a huge red flag, nearly all plumbers will guarantee their work. My basement that was flooded with sewage immediately after they worked on my property does not recommend. Again, nice plumbers but the lack of any guarantee and the hostility from the office manager means this is a local business to avoid.

  Never using this company again. Their plumber fixed original problem. Then the plumber made unauthorized further repairs on pipes within the same area and charged me for the parts and labor on that part of the job. The same plumber who was very rough with the pipes in the same area caused a secondary leak that was not part of the original job. The plumber did not want to document the unauthorized repairs on the bill. When I insisted, he document those unauthorized repairs the plumber took off his face mask and argued with me in my home potentially exposing me to COVID. Later that day, a second plumber had to come back and fix a leak caused by the original plumber. The manager stated that she would adjust the bill. After calling twice for the credit the company finally adjusted the bill and gave me the credit.

We always try to make things right which is why we sent our second plumber back at no charge to correct the problem and issued you a credit. The original plumber no longer works for us. We take COVID very seriously which is why we require all our mechanics to wear masks and social distance as much as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and strive to do better in the future.

  Called because boiler was leaking. Always feel a bit nervous when I have no experience, but they were extremely courteous, professional and fairly priced. The plumber who came was very knowledgeable and professional. Came right on time, explained what needed to be done and gave a reasonable estimate of the cost. Fixed everything neatly and quickly, just all around great service. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a plumber.
