  Fast and friendly service. The lady on the phone was great and the guy on the truck went way beyond the normal. He was very professional and I'll recommend them highly.

  Used Chet's on several recommendations from friends. Initially they pumped us out on a Sunday for just a slight extra charge. Toilet was still not flushing, so we had a plumber snake and we were good for a couple of months. Chet's had said we may need a new drainfield. When the same problem hit us, we requested the drainfield work. We had to wait almost two months to get the work done! We heard everything from "permit request not submitted to the county yet" to "our girl misplaced your $500 deposit" to "waiting on the county for paperwork (which was news to the county)" We wonder if this delay had anything to to with the new septic regulations going into effect 7/1/2018 or not. Honesty would've gone a long way for me to give them a favorable review. Instead, we got games.
