  I met with Chris at the estimate and started asking a lot of questions. Chris was honest and professional and did not hold back on any issues. He was able to to get the hot water heater and install it the same day, clean up his debris and remove the old hot water heater. Personally I appreciate their approach to the customer and will continue to use Chris if the need arises. We are going to have sewers installed later this year and I plan to see if they would be interested in job.

  Discovered a leak last night damaging our wall and hardwood floors. Called LCI plumbing this morning and Chris was at our home by 10 am. He was so efficient and professional. Found and fixed the leak, called in damage mitigation team and charged a fair price. So thankful for such prompt service. We highly recommend this local and family run business for your plumbing needs.

  Chris was rude and unprofessional. He bragged about his 5 star rating and it wasn’t worth the one star I gave him. Don’t waste your money. He also said he was giving a discount when I thought he over charged!
