  I used this company because they were referred to me by a home inspector whom I trust. My home in Crystal River needed 2 new toilets installed. The owner of Plumbing by Powers discussed different options with me and was very through with me in terms of costs and install times - he even sent me pictures. Before the appointment day, I still had questions all of which were politely and quickly answered by him. The 2 plumbers who did the install were punctual, polite, friendly, professional, cleaned up, and really made sure I was a happy camper before they finished. Of course, one of the toilets was a PIA to remove and the guys did not complain one bit. The total cost was exactly what I was quoted. I was 100% happy in every way with this company and will definitely use them again.

  We placed a call and left a message Saturday morning for a plumbing issue. Then again Saturday late morning and left another message, as the business hours said they were one of the few plumbing outfits open. Well, it's Wednesday and no word, no response. One star for having an answering machine.
