  Josh was amazing. He explained what he was doing and was very professional. He continued to communicate with me while he was working when I had a question. I had been very apprehensive of calling a plumber in because I live alone but he was very professional and calmed my nerves instantly. Such a great company and have had an amazing experience from start to finish.

  Matt stopped by to assist with locating and resolving an upstairs toilet leak that leaked through to the downstairs ceiling. He was a complete pleasure and a joy to work with. He explained everything that needed to be done and why. He was so personable and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend and use Charlotte Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs.   Thank you to the office personnel first, Christina, for the quick response and assistance to get a service person out to my property. Josh arrived on time and got right to work to detect the leak at my home. He ruled out several different situations to finally solving the problem to a $1300 water bill! I am extremely happy with the service from Charlotte Plumbing! Awesome Job!
