  Needed a repair done to the sewer line, I looked all around the Seattle area for a plumber I would be comfortable with working in my home... I found these guys and I’m glad I did. They went above and beyond our expectations on installing a new and improved sewer line. Great price. Clean, friendly service with a smile. They were great in explain why our old line was on the way out. Truthful about that yes we could fix the old line but still would not fix the problem we had. Walked us through the entire process which was great. These guys are fully licensed and insured which is always a great sign. Thank you for being an amazing company. You have earned a return customer for all sorts of services!

  I couldn't be happier ...I'm so grateful they were available. I didn't even have to call and worry about leaving a message and hope someone would call back. They picked up right away and were able to come out in 1 day of needing service. For us, the garbage disposal went nuts. It was a tough job but of course not their fault. We have an old house and the previous owners were big time do it your selfers. They fixed the garbage disposal and the 2 leaky faucet in my bathroom. I was worried with my old house that the bill would be outrageous but it ended up being not too bad, was just fine....I will be calling back for this old house!

  I had a positive experience with them. About a year ago, I needed to replace an old toilet with a new one and had some faucet water pressure issues. Within 30 minutes or so, after I asked for a quote, someone responded, and I set up an appointment. I was also updated on where the technician (Ben Lee) is and when he's gonna arrive. Ben and the other technician were very respectful and professional. They replaced the old toilet with a new one, as well as installed a new bidet I bought. Then they took care of the water pressure problem.
