I hired them to remove an old water filter. Two people came when I was expecting only one - just a friend with the plumber I think.  He removed the filter which was a pretty simple job and took out a hot water dispenser.  Left a mess under the sink and then charged me over $400. for this.
I ordered a brushed ss soap dispenser and air gap cover and twice it came in the wrong finish.  I asked for my money back and as of today I have not received it.  Called several times and each time they stall me - I have just placed it in dispute with my bank.
I would never do business with this company and the companies they represent should think twice - terrible service.

Denver came out from BPI, and did a repair of our Toto Toilet.  Figured out the issue immediately, ordered one extra part and came back 3 days later for a repair in one hour.  These are complex toilets, and another plumbing firm wanted $800 to repair and couldn't even figure how to do the repair, kept trying to sell a new toilet.  Highly recommended.

Lauren and Troy replaced an old main water gate valve with a quarter turn ball valve today in our multi-condo building this morning, in record time. They are exceptionally efficient and thorough, cleaning up completely when the job was finished. I recommend them without reservation.

A complete rip off!

A leaky outside faucet. They came at 8:45AM to an 8AM appointment with no phone call to us. They worked for all of 20 minutes and the bill was for ... $462.00 (after tax)!

There are no details on the invoice other than "fixed leaky faucet - Qty 1".
We feel violated. We've heard stories of the stereotypical plumbing rip off but to experience it is something else.

Addendum to earlier review:
These guys just replaced my vintage toilet. Right on time. Removed shoes on entering house. Polite, efficient, done in 45 minutes despite my prior installation being 1959 vintage with an old lead bend sewer line. Also replaced sink stopper with higher quality component so flow is much better and I can clean the trap (old stopper did not come out for cleaning). Great service; pricing not "book rate" but based on actual time on the job. With several other local plumbers I have had a number of bad experiences and ridiculous pricing so these guys are definitely my new go to plumbers! Stopped by their showroom to discuss replacing an old 4-bolt toilet with a new model (2-bolt). Taylor was knowledgable and helpful. Before leaving I asked him about a water hammer problem I was having recently at my washing machine hookup--it would go nuts every time the cold water cycled.  Pipes are newish with a hammer arrestor on each line at the machine, but I had had a lot of trouble with the plumbing (Fischer) so was concerned it was another failure of that work.  Taylor actually listened to the scenario I described re: the origin of the problem (most places don't really listen to women so I was impressed), as well as things I had done to temporarily stop it. I had shut off my water before a trip and on turning it back on the problem started. Online research turned up no answers. Taylor explained that the hammer effect is caused by a small amount of air trapped in the line, and this could occur from the pull-back (suction) in the line when I turned off the main.  He suggested opening all the faucets a bit when shutting off the main so this does not happen, then do same when turning the water back on.  He was right. Problem solved. Three other plumbers had no idea what to do.
NOTE WHO NOT TO USE: before I could perform this sequence the very cold weather hit. I was letting all my faucets drip very slowly overnight, then opening full before turning off in the morning. Air always came out at first with the water. The impact was same as what Stephen recommended--next time I ran the washer it worked normally, no hammer.  FYI--I would never hire Fischer Plumbing to do ANYTHING. They use uncertified workers and I had several failures in their work. Big mess. Ruined hardwood flooring twice. Despite being under warranty, they tried to deny responsibility. On the up side, their insurance found in my favor.  Their restoration company also tried to replace drywall on an area that was a exactly a full sheet of sheetrock by cobbling together scraps that were on the guy's truck.  Nothing like arriving at a job unprepared for doing it. Made them take it off and do it right. Wall would have been very irregular otherwise.

I had a plumbing emergency at my business and I called around and found that Bellevue Plumbing was the most responsive. The fixed my emergency within the hour and didn’t charge an exorbitant amount in my hour of need. I also had them work on a small job on my house and it was done so neatly and with care. My neighbors have used them and I always hear from them how great they treat their customers.

Lauren and Tarin helped us with the installation of a water purifier we purchased, including a reset of the faucet structure in our kitchen. They were great at helping us figure out installation options and then over two iterations (parts needed ordering) got it installed quickly and cleanly. Knowledge, experience, and efficiency well worth the cost!

Dealing with Bellevue Plumbing has been a nightmare. A new water heater was installed incorrectly in my 72-old mother’s home, in the sense that the temperature controls were not accessible (a door from the closet where the water heater was installed has to be removed to set the temperature). A simple rotation of the heater would fix this.  A plumber came to inspect, but said the rotation was not under warranty; he removed the closet door reset the temperature to what he thought was good, and then told my mom to not change the temperature again. This is ridiculous and unprofessional – my entire life we’ve regularly raised the water temperature in winter, and lowered it in summer to save costs. I disputed the no warranty coverage since Bellevue Plumbing installed the water heater – it’s not our fault that they installed it incorrectly. After calling the office, explaining the situation, I was told that the rotation would indeed be covered under warranty. A couple days later the same plumber calls and says it’s no longer under warranty, and that the person I talked to in the office was wrong. I’m not sure if it’s plumber laziness, poor communication in their office, a dysfunctional business, or just plain greed, but I think it’s criminal that they won’t reorient their poor installation so that my senior mother can regulate her water’s temperature. Avoid this company at all costs.

I was over charged on an invoice from a previous job. So I was told by two of them over the phone that they would take it off my next invoice, I said o.k fine. Sure enough, when I get the invoice, that charge was not removed. When I called to ask why, I was told they would not take the over charge off my invoice because when I was over charged they were in the process of changing ownership, so it was not their responsibility. My thought was, it's not my responsibility either, if you change ownership in a company, you take responsibility for whatever they leave behind. Granted the over charge was only about $50.00, I don't see why I had to pay that money for nothing because of their negligence.

As far as the work goes, the plumber himself was fine, he was knowledgeable and did good work. However, the administrative staff at Bellevue Plumbing is horrible. They pulled the plumber off my job about half way through to work on another job. No warning, no notice that he was not even there. So I show up on my job wondering why it's taken four days to screw a fiberglass shower to a wall, and is still not done. My employee informed me the plumber hadn't been there for days. As a result, a lot of money was lost because of the delay.

I wasn't going to write this bad review if they had taken that over charge off my invoice. But since they purposely lie to me over the phone for their own financial gain and my financial loss, I felt I should warn other contractors or home owners who are thinking of using their services.

Brandon and an apprentice (sorry....forgot your name), came out to do multiple projects.  They were amazing!  They managed to fix a hose bib, install a new hose bib, diagnose a bad toilet,  move a drain and reroute a pipe that was in the way, install a new drainage line for an old failed french drain in our driveway, and reroute a problem pipe in the wall.  In addition to this, Brandon gave me several very helpful tips for proceeding with my mostly DIY bathroom remodel.  I will absolutely be calling Bellevue Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.  Highly recommended!
