  I called Roto-rooter yesterday because both the toilets in my house were acting up to the point where we could barely use them. They were able to send someone out today. Ben was very helpful and professional. The two toilets had unrelated problems (just bad timing and I was lax in getting one looked at). He was able to fix them both with parts and tools he had on his truck. He took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. It was great to get this resolved so quickly. I'm not sure if the price was good because I have nothing to compare it to, but it was very transparent. Overall I'm very satisfied.

  Really wonderful person came in! We are very happy our kitchen sink was unclog in such fast and professional manner. Also, very reasonable time. High quality and amazing professional. I highly recommend this wonderful company and team!

  We had a faucet leakage outside of the wall, and called roto to help us. I was told they charge 75 per trip for a plumber to come and identify the issue, and then give us a quote to repair. But when plumber came in, he told us there’s additional charge ($420/hr) to just identify the issue. When we called the company again, the manager Kathy was rude, she didn’t explain anything, just let go the plumber and hang up the phone. Who wants to pay for a plumber to come in, and tell you nothing about how to repair, but how he’s going to charge for the inspection? Before the plumber came, there was another professional came to check water damage. He refused go to crawl space to check leakage or water damage. Then, what’s the meaning for him to come? It has wasted our two mornings to work on this leakage issue, and no issue has been identified. Very inefficient work. And the cost should be given up front, no need to send a plumber to come and tell us how they are going to charge.
