  They stole our antique shower valves from our mobile home and never gave them back. These people are theives do not trust them.

  Our bathroom was flooding it was an emergency and they flat out came over and still refused to help us. Had the handyman come the next day and fix it no problem. Would not recommend C Ford in Wrightwood CA.

  Called to schedule an appointment and never called me back cause they were away from the office during business hours. Then I called again the next day where they set an appointment and they never showed up nor have they tried to call back and reschedule. I can’t criticize their work but their customer service is indeed terrible as most reviews have stated the same.
