Rex did an awesome job and was a ton of help! He came out right away and explained everything in detail. The quality of our new water heater installation is clearly visible. Definitely recommend.

When my water heater quit working. I called and Rex was able to replaced the water heater that day. He was very professional and kind. He did an excellent job. If I need any plumbing done in the future I will only call Rex Miles plumbing.

I needed my new stove installed to my gas line. Looked on Southwest Gas website and they showed "Rex Miles Plumbing " as a preferred referral near Victorville. They also had a Special Promotion with Rex Miles Plumbing. I called Rex Miles Plumbing on April 28, 2020 around 4:40pm and a guy answered the phone. I explained to him I needed my Gas Stove hooked up to the gas line. I was told the next available appointment was Monday May 4, 2020 between 11-1, I agreed to the appointment. The appointment day came around and no response. I called and left a voicemail message and a text message, till this day no response. I took off work for the appointment. I normally don't write bad reviews, but I feel that Southwest Gas shouldn't offer a referral program with a company that doesn't show up as promised. I will never refer this company and I will be reaching out to Southwest Gas to voice my concerns.

I can understand how frustrating you must have felt in that situation. Immediately upon reading your review, I researched our records and was unable to find any information during the dates and times specified. However, we did have to have our business phone repaired during that time and I'm wondering if your information including your address, phone, and appointment were lost. I reviewed my voicemails and text messages for Monday, May 4th, and Tuesday, May 5th, and did not have anything about a missed appointment or gas range installation. If your information was lost due to our technical issues with our phone, I sincerely apologize. Southwest Gas provides three different plumbing contractors to their customers. We appreciate you choosing Rex Miles Plumbing out of the three choices you were given and hope one of the other plumbers were able to install your range. I'm sorry about the situation that occurred. We would appreciate another chance to provide you with the quality work and excellent customer service we are known for. We strive to provide a positive experience for all of our customers, in hopes to acquire 5-star reviews. Thank you for your feedback.
