  Michelle was amazing on the phone with great customer service!! I called late Saturday and she said she could have someone there first thing Monday morning. I scheduled the appointment for Friday because I couldn’t be home due to work and actually stayed home Monday and she was able to reschedule and send a service technician over the same day!! Joesph came over and was very helpful and easy to work with. We agreed on what needed to be done and he got it done. He cleaned everything up and told us about the warranty and then headed out!! Amazing service!! Thank you!!

  I highly recommend Rescue Plumbers, the representative that answers the phone is very friendly, & professional. She understood what I needed and got someone out to us in a timely manner. Joe showed up at the scheduled time, he is also very friendly, professional and takes the time to explain what is needed. Very considerate on pricing and he works quickly and did not leave a mess. When he arrived, he remembered that we actually used him to install a new toilet that Lowe's recommended. And They're a Local company, which I really appreciate too 😁

  I emailed them for a quote, Joe came out to my house within the hour. I had a leaking copper pipe, he fixed it in under an hour, also he replaced the water regulator. All in all, fast service, Joe was reliable and honest. The price wasn’t too bad, I had to get these things fixed so I was willing to pay what it took. I would use their service again in a heartbeat.
