  Booth Plumbing was expensive and unprofessional. It took several days for them to respond to our voice mail messages about an upstairs bathroom leak that was dripping into the room below. They said they hadn’t returned the call because our cell number had an out of state area code. They repaired the leak, but they also fixed something (handle on the toilet and fill valve) that was working fine and that we hadn’t asked them to repair. When the bill arrived, we were shocked to see a $57 charge for parts on the unneeded repair plus $77 in labor. The overall labor costs were double what was quoted. We were originally told $100 an hour. The final labor costs came to $198 an hour, which included an apprentice fee and a service charge that we weren't told about. The bill was emailed to us three days AFTER the due date listed (sent to us August 21, payment due on August 19). We spoke to the owner and he refused to make any adjustments to the charges, even for the repair we hadn’t wanted. They fixed the leak, but we will never use Booth Plumbing again. Who knows what non-existent problems they’ll decide to fix on their own or how much they’ll charge! We were extremely disappointed with this company.

  I'm very happy with the service they provided. I had a sewer pipe that busted a few years ago and they did a great job. I call them for all of my plumbing issues, big or small. They are good at what they do.

  When dire (no heat for 2 days) need of a heating part, an email to them produced: "Sorry, I don't have parts for your boiler." No mention of WHERE I could get the part or ANY other help. I'll never do business with them.
