  Unprofessional. 1) They cut our irrigation line and wouldn't fix it. (Said they weren't responsible for "unforseen lines" the line was literally on top of pipe they were fixing and technician told us he knicked it) 2) Had to pay a tree company twice to help because they didn't come with the correct equipment multiple days. (Our pipe was being crushed by roots from a huge county tree that the county removed. So they knew there were a ton of roots. Plus they did a video weeks before job started) 3) Spilled pink glue on our pavers and tried to cover up by putting a big pile of mulch on it (Cameras show them doing this) 4) Our bill was $1,000 over our estimate. I know you can't see underground and extra expenses can happen but $1,000 over quote is a lot! Since we helped by paying a tree company twice, thought that might make a difference. We went above and beyond to help them. 5) Had to call Duke Energy out to our house 6) Did talk to owner about everything above. His words were "he could sleep well at night by the way he treated and took care of us" We've been using them for almost 15 years. We will never use them again and definitely wouldn't recommend them!!

  Excellent work and very professional. Everytime we've used them they are timely, professional, and knowledgeable. They even helped with our new puppy while completing the job quickly and at a fair price. I highly recommend.

  Tried using them... They seem friendly but waited I nearly a month for follow-ups and I could never get anything scheduled. :-(

  On August 18th our company went out to this customer’s home, gathered the necessary information needed for the water softener equipment he want, at no charge. We provided a follow up call to see if he wanted to do the work. The customer did not call us back for quite a while. When he did, he asked us to test his water to make sure he needed the water softener. On September 10th we sent a technician out, tested his water at no charge, provided the customer with our findings. The customer replied to our email, thanking us. We never heard back from him to schedule the estimated work. We went above and beyond for this customer, for free in hopes of getting the job we quoted. Our company actually lost money and the thanks we get, is a bad Google Review. We appreciate that, thank you.
