  Chris was assigned to me through my home warranty. He did a great job diagnosing my toilet leak. He explained what was wrong and showed me how he was going to fix it. Chris kept me informed throughout the procedure and did a very professional job.

  I can’t say enough positive things about In Control Plumbing. Christian hit it out of the park. After dealing with a 1 star plumber through American Home Shield it was refreshing to have a 5 star plumber show up and save the day. Christian replaced our malfunctioning tankless water heater and was in and out in under an hour. Unbelievable!!! I will refer In Control Plumbing to anyone who needs an EXCELLENT plumber. Thanks again Christian! -The Perry’s/Longwood-FL. We ❤️ Our new tankless water heater.

  I recently got my house replumbed by In Control plumbing (10/14). Inspection happened 10/18. There were multiple things that needed to be done for the house to be up to code. I also had had my shower valve replaced. The shower didn't work. I numerous times called Chris to come out and look at the shower valve. I wouldn't even mind having to pay as my mother needed a place to shower who came from out of country to visit me. Chris knew this and never showed back up. Me and my boyfriend called and text multiple times. It is sad that this is how you get treated after paying $4500. Poor customer service. I will not use this company again.
