We just moved to our new place 3 days ago, and we had to call Roto-Rooter Plumbing for service a clogged toilet drain. From the beginning, the customer service and the dispatcher communication was excellent. We appreciated the service technician, Jose Martinez, followed the CDC guidelines. Jose was super professional, courteous, pleasant, and very informative. He was very careful keeping everything neat and cleaned. It was embarrassing for us having to call someone for the toilet issue, but Jose made us feel at ease and comfortable. He is awesome and did a superb job. We would give Jose 10 stars if we could. He is an A+++ technician. Thank you, Jose.

Kevin and George were excellent. We had previously hired someone who charged us a great deal. He couldn’t help and asked the town to come out. The town engineers and Kevin and George said he was wrong. Kevin and George found the problem and fixed it. They also cleaned everything and gave me a lesson and product on how to keep my drains clean. They were extremely respectful, courteous and efficient. We were so lucky that they helped us today

As most experience, it was impossible to get our plumber out the same day and our toilets began to back up. We called Roto-Rooter and they were out in the next 30 minutes. Jose came to our aid and he was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Jose located our clean out drain which saved us some money and answered all of our questions with great patience and explanation so that we understood what was going on. We are very happy with our experience and would recommend their services to friends and family.
