  Around 6:30 on a Sunday night I smelled wires burning in my garage & realized it was coming from my water heater. After I cut the power to it, I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing & they immediately answered & set an appt to come out the next morning. They came on time & had the issue fixed in less than an hour. Kaleb was professional, courteous & knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again! Thank you!

  I am very happy that I went with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to reset a couple of toilets in my home after getting new floors put in. Chris called prior to arrival and were here on time. They were very friendly and took the time to talk to me about any questions I had. They gave me their best deal and were fast and neat. I will definitely call them again for any future Plumbing needs.

  Benjamin plumbing was amazing- they were prompt in scheduling service. They offered us same day and when we had to reschedule to the next day they accommodated us needing a morning appointment. Charles was fantastic- he was very considerate of our rental timing and was able to work to install a new water heater all while accommodating renters checking in and the cleaning company working at our property. I highly recommend!
