  Reid was very responsive after sending an email. He came out within two days(I wasn't in an urgent need) and replaced an outdoor faucet that had been giving me issues for years. I felt the cost was reasonable and will use his services in the future when needed.

  We have been using Reid & Artisan Plumbing for over 20 years. He has been reliable, honest & courteous. He leaves the worksite clean. His employees comment on how well they are treated. We have recommended him to our friends and our family.

  Got a quote from Reid for $875 for water heater replacement, so gave him a go-ahead. About a week later, got a call saying they'd forgotten the permit fee so it would be $960. OK... Told them go ahead since they were still the lowest price. After the job was done, got an invoice for $1060, and they insisted the quote was for $975. They do good work but not impressed with their business practices.
