  Bottom line up front: don’t call these folks if you have an active emergency; if you do, be very, very, patient with the receptionists. Our home was actively flooding from a burst pipe, and I called to ask if they had an emergency service to come out immediately to turn off our water. The receptionist answered that it depended on availability, but that she needed to get some information first. I was staring at the water gushing out of my wall (/panicking) and needed a quick yes/no, so that I could call someone else if they couldn’t immediately get to my house. The receptionist starts slowly asking me for my name, phone number, and address (all routine questions), but when she followed up with, “Now how do you spell that first name?” I lost my marbles and asked why that mattered, and whether or not they could get someone to my house NOW. She let me know they would not be helping me and that I need to call someone else. In the haste of trying to call someone else, I accidentally called this same company, got another receptionist (who I was more patient with, and who advised me to stop crying), who- after I provided all information- told me I had already called there and needed to call someone else. She then hung up on me. I understand their annoyance at my impatience, but these are not the folks to call for an emergency situation, nor would I call them for anything else.

  They did our complete house from the ground up plumbing, and we love it. All during the process asked and gave good advice. Would hire them again.
