  They responded promptly to a leaking pipe, we’re on time and did the work quickly and very professionally. Justin was wonderful to work with, had all of the necessary supplies on hand, so he was able to complete the job in a very timely manner. The company was in contact with us several times, and even offered an earlier slot when it opened up. I really appreciate the great communication and follow up from them. I would highly recommend them.

  Justin arrived before time frame given to me on a Sunday night. He was very professional and helped educate me on my water system. He worked in the ice and cold weather with a smile. He was wonderful to work with, had all of the necessary supplies on hand, he was able to complete the job in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

  Fantastic service as I called in the morning to report the problem and two plumbers came to fix the problem on the same day in the afternoon! They analyzed the situation and discussed associated cost. It was taken care of quickly with two plumbers working on it. I have been a costumer of Ben Franklin for 5 years. They are efficient and do great work!
