  Beach and Son's was recommended by two other Heating and Air-conditioning Companies. I called and spoke with Megan, she informed me all the Service Techs had a full schedule. I explained what happened at my mother's house and my Mother's age. After a brief hold Megan returned, asking for the address and said she can have a tech at the house with in a half hour. Zach the service technician showed up and was very professional and friendly. He told us everything step by step. James, another service tech, helped with removing the old unit and installing the new unit. James was also exceptionally professional and friendly. I recommend Beach and Son's to anyone in need of service or installation for your Heating and air-conditioning needs.

  Beach and Sons are THE BEST! Monty was my first contact for heater servicing. He was prompt and professional. Next few calls were to service gas fireplace. Zach was terrific. Courteous, informative and professional. The BEST part of this was a new air conditioning system installation. Received other bids for this project and BEACH AND SONS were the BEST value for equipment and install and their Technicians. Zach, Eric and James arrived and ready to go. Super professional, clean, courteous and knowledgeable. The office staff was also professional and responsive. Will only use and highly recommend BEACH AND SONS!

  Never came back. Never submitted report to home warranty company. Was rude and gave no report on gas heater so now im freezing and got sick. Refuses to answer phone refuses to call back.
