  I called them several months ago to find a leak they found one and told me included with the price after it was fixed they would come back and make sure there wasn't any other ones unfortunately my water bill did not go down after this leak was fixed so I called them to honor what they'd said several months ago unfortunately this company has been bought and sold so they're not honoring anything they did offer to charge me again to redo the same thing they did before buyer beware very sad and disappointed

  The owner, Richard, is incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. He has really helped accelerate all the work I have been doing to my new house. The ability to track water usage in real time and to track on a per hour basis has really helped in tracking down all the leaks I have encountered in my remodel. Thanks for the awesome service!

  I’ve recently have been struggling with low water pressure in my upstairs bathroom ever since a repair by the city was done on a main water line break. I live in a condo who’s HOA uses American Leak Detection to help detect plumbing issues early on. Let me just say Richard from “ALD” has given such amazing communication, superb customer service and what I would consider “emotional support” throughout the whole process of making sure I was taking the proper steps in order to have an issue resolved that was not caused by something I did. He listened to my complaints, concerns and offered his expertise on the many questions I had. Response time was 100%, communication was 100% and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer was 100%. My issue was resolved in full. I appreciate the professionalism and family like kindness Richard and his company American Leak detection provided to me.
