  My water heater broke and was replaced the same day. They did a great job and answered all my questions. They put in a 50 gallon Rheem Professional Classic and hauled away the old one.

  Over the past 14 years Bass Plumbing has been on my speed dial. Of all businesses in town I've relied on I don't think there's been a single one I've needed more than Bass, and there's definitely not one I could sing louder praises for. Scott and Shannon Carroll and their team are everything you need from a contractor...prompt, courteous, thorough, professional....there simply isn't anyone better.

  We have used Bass Plumbing for years and their customer service and the field work is wonderful. Shannon (the owner)is always extremely helpful and goes out of her way to do what she can to meet your needs, Chris is great..he is patient, explains what he is doing and why and always does a great job.
