  Our home warranty company hired Eagle Plumbing to fix a clog. He showed up, agreed that there is a clog, then said his equipment was "burned out" so he couldn't help. He should not have accepted a service call that he was unequipped and unwilling to handle. He also said that he would call the home warranty company immediately, but when I called 2 hours later, they said that they had not received any information from him.

  Eagle Plumbing was assigned by our Home Warranty company. Gus came out ONCE and told me how to get replacement parts. Seems that should be the plumbers job, but ok, with a lifetime warranty on parts I could do my part. When asking for help, needing him to contact the warranty company, trying to get status updates, etc I only received ONE text message from him in a 3 and a half week time period... And the situation is STILL unresolved. Seems Eagle plumbing does well dealing with the standard paying customer but drops the ball with warranty work. I am SO frustrated with this whole situation and doubt I will EVER use Eagle Plumbing when the warranty time period is up.

  I was hesitant to call on Eagle Plumbing because he was far down on the google list of plumbers in B/CS and he had no ratings. I am glad I took a chance! Every other plumber in town was to busy to complete a small project I needed done today on short notice. Eagle was my last call and they were more than willing to help me out. Gus, the owner, showed up promptly and completed my project professionally and at a fair price. Thanks again Gus!! I am glad to be your first Google review!!
