Aqueduct responded quickly, determined the best way to solve my problem and submitted their estimate. Their total bid was LESS THAN HALF of what I was quoted by one of the companies who frequently advertises on television about how great they are AND that company wanted full payment up front! Aqueduct required no payment until the job was completed. Their crew was professional and when the job was completed, I couldn't even tell they had been there. I highly recommend this business for any and all plumbing needs!

Hired Aqueduct to replace a hot water heater and some pipes that had corroded. Billy is incredibly responsive, got me a quote quickly, and the quote was reasonable and fair. He got me in the schedule quickly, and Sam and Sebastian were not only quick and efficient, but incredibly friendly. I cannot offer enough praise for Aqueduct or their workers Sam and Sebastian, and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

We used Aqueduct for one of our broken kitchen drain pipe underneath the slab in parents old house, they came out and give us estimate and we end up using them for the repair. They re-routed the plumbing pipes to exterior to the backyard main drain line. The work was completed however there were few mis-communication between the office and crew workers. The permit inspectors had to make multiple attempts to get the inspection complete. Overall we have a good experience but wish we are given more information so we can plan properly.
