My husband and I were very satisfied with the service provided by this company recently. They were on time and the plumber was very helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain the issue and the repairs required. He was also very efficient and professional in his work. We will use this company again for future needed repairs.

I came home to a busted pipe. After many referrals, I went ahead with Ingram Plumbing after a close friend’s excellent experience with them. One of the reasons for their 5-star review is due to their professionalism. The other reason is for their accommodations. They informed me that they don’t quite service my area. But after talking to them about my restricted schedule, they were able to give me a quote through a text-video of the site. This saved me a lot of time of calling and scheduling for new estimates. And of course all the service fee that would’ve accumulated. Kevin and Jonathan were professional while they were at my house working and explained to me what they are doing. I am glad I went ahead with my friend’s recommendation and selected Ingram’s.

Ingram was very professional and very fair on pricing. I worked with Kevin, and my most impressive experience was on how efficient they were. Kevin always let me know when and what was happening at all times. He kept me updated throughout the work, and was easily reached when I needed to ask questions. I will say, if you need any plumbing work done, call Ingram, couldn't be more pleased for the referral I got from a friend.
