  I just called Knights plumbing out because my grinder pump at my rent house stopped pumping. They had installed a new one for me around a year and seven months ago so I was worried that since I was out of warranty I would have to drop another $2100. The service tech showing up and noticed the pipes had come apart in the tank. Even though I was 7 months out of warranty Knights stepped up and made things right for a very fair low price. The owner called me before I could call him and showed what a reputable company they are. They let me know that some of the existing parts may not hold much longer so I am going to definitely use them to upgrade my system. Knights plumbing understands what great customer service is and I highly recommend them!!!

  The owner of Knight's Plumbing is very nice and reasonable. However, one of technicians who visited my laundromat was so rude. We asked him for referral because they do not handle sewer problem in laundromat. A technician suggested finding a company using Google. And then, he just said he need credit card for charging. Only thing my wife asked him was "Can you wait for 10 to 15 min until my husband arrive at laundromat because she was not good at sewer system of laundromat. However, he became mad and kept force to provide credit card. Even he said "if you do not provide credit card for charging right now, I will charge more". He threaten my wife. After he took a picture of credit card and threw the card on cashier desk. Also he insulted my wife and brother in law with bad words as he was going out. One of my customer told me that a technician spoke really bad words when he was out. I really do not understand what make him so much mad at us.

  I had a cross threaded bolt so I couldn’t change toilet seats. Yvette were here in <5 min and had the strength I didn’t to budge the bolt and even put the new seat in for me. Will use again. & highly recommend
