The faucet installed in the new hope started leaking after 6 months. Once called to perform warranty repair the plumber tightened up the cartridge and left saying "call us when you have some real work to do". Few days later we realized that the leak was just diverted into the space below the counter and the entire cabinet was damaged. Second time two people came to take care of it, but it was same story again - “we did fix it, but if it will leak call us”. Of course it leaked again and got worse. Next day I called and had an appointment set up but no one did show up and did not take my calls. Next day in the morning they took my call but just casually said that plumber got stuck at another location. Well, I did set yet another appointment and same story repeats again. No one showed up, no one takes the call. I am considering going to hire another company and request the builder to reimburse my expenses. Of course it is hard to reimburse several waisted days while waiting for the issue to be solved.

I purchase a new construction home. The builder did not finish the basement, but used Alpine to do the other two floors of the home, so I decided to use them to finish the basement. First, the price was fair and the work was done well. The reason for the low rating was the lack of professionalism shown by the subcontractors. The house is currently empty until construction ends. I went to check on it two days after Alpine worked, and the basement door was left WIDE open, not just unlocked, but standing open. Additionally, all the lights were on, the trash was left, and, instead of disposing of the jacked up concrete properly, they dumped it in the middle of my backyard behind a tree. They did this so we couldn't see it unless we walked beyond the tree and turned back to face the house. I would not recommend them unless you are ok with a lack of care with your home and property.

Josh from Alpine came out last Saturday night to repair a pipe leading to sewer. Appears to have been damaged by a utility company. Josh worked until about 10:30 pm locating the issue and repairing. ( Sorry to ruin your Saturday night plans Josh). Very courteous employee who explained and taught me some plumbing basics and explaining what he was doing. Thank you Josh!!!
