Great group of guys. They were super busy since it was the first cold day and many people were calling with heating problems. They still managed to come out and solve the problem of my boiler leaking. It wasn’t an emergency but they treated it like one. I would not hesitate to call them back for any heating or cooling needs.

I only have good things to say about All Shores. We have a cottage close to Higgins Lake that I have slowly renovated in my very limited spare time over the last eight or nine years. I first contacted Wayne at All Shores about five or six years ago to discuss having a new hot water baseboard heating system installed to replace the ancient and irreparable under-floor gravity heat system.

Wayne patiently provided pricing for various baseboard convector and boiler options as we worked to worked to balance aesthetics, energy efficiency and budget. My renovation project took much longer to complete than any of us imagined, but All Shores was always responsive through the  approximately three year time period from when they installed the initial piping in the attic and crawlspace (during the rough-in stage), until I was ready for them to install the boiler and the baseboard heaters after all the drywall was installed. They also politely made various tweaks and modifications to the installation in response to changes I made between those times. Wayne was always gracious enough to come out on weekends the several times I asked him to meet me on site to discuss the system and coordinate the installation.

The heat has been operational for two winters and the cottage is completely comfortable. It is actually much more comfortable than in our home.

During the course of my project I had contacted dozens of trades contractors in attempts to hire out some of the work on the cottage. More often than not, I was disappointed by their responses (or lack of responses) and/ or the quality of their work. All Shores was one of just a few that really came through for me; although, through no fault of theirs, their work was strung out much longer than any other trade’s (and I likely tested their patience more than any other trade, but they never showed it). All Shores did all they said they would, and more; and they held the price to what they quoted about three or four years before completing the project.

I am a big fan of All Shores.

Called All Shores this morning. It's been very cold the last few days. Our furnace wasn't working. They have been very busy. But their service man Shawn came out as soon as he could. He found the problem right away. Had it fixed within half hour. He knows his stuff most definitely. He's been working a lot this past weekend. He didn't think he could make it today. But he just showed up. That is service. If we need to call them again. We will ask if he can take care of us. Very polite & professional. Has to be a stressful & awarding job. Thank again. You have a very good employee. I'm sure you know that.
