  Went in Saturday morning And encountered the rudest lady in Houghton Lake she had the worst attitude and didn’t even want to help. We ended up leaving and went to Home Depot spent 887.00 with Great Service on pump, pressure tank and fittings. The guy we spoke with Friday on the phone did a great job.

  A friend recommended that I go to Cashaway and I am happy that he did. Employees spent the time needed to track down the part number I needed for an inducer blower for an older furnace, and then managed to find a source and get it for me the very next day. I also had a part to return that I didn't need and again was pleased with the service.

  Kirk at Cash-Away Supply is top notch. I came from down state, purchased a part for my furnace just before closing time (not sure exactly what the problem was ). He made a few suggestions to look into to find the problem... It turned out that the part wasn't the issue. Knowing I was from down state, Kirk went out of his way, provided his personal cell number and arranged time that I could return the part after hours. Stand up guy and very knowledgeable. Thank you Kirk!
