  We had Hillard come out to help repair our Propane wall heating unit in Northern Michigan (Roscommon) that was leaking propane. They were very thorough, cleaned our whole unit, and were very friendly and professional. We felt very safe with Terry and Oliver in our home and they did an Awesome Job!! They made sure every repair was done and even double checked other very old pieces to make sure they were not leaking to make sure we were safe (and some of them were leaking propane). I am soooo thankful my Husband found them, and we will be using them again for other services and if we need repairs in the future. I do want to mention that their pricing was so much more than fair, being here so fast and then for everything they did, Wow! We HIGHLY Recommend them. Word of mouth goes a long way, They are worth it, and Trust worthy. 5 stars all the way *****

  Woke up early this morning to my furnace making a grinding noise and no heat. Thermostat would make clicking noise but no heat. Call Hilliard Heating and Cooling and Terry and Mark came out, replaced the blower motor. They worked fast and efficiently and now we have heat again. Very PLEASED with their work and the PRICE was excellent. THANK YOU for helping get out heat back on. WE ARE VERY APPRECIATIVE PLEASED CUSTOMERS.

  My name is Brian Bush and I have contacted mr. Terry two separate times and neither time did he tell me sir would you please call back tomorrow between 8 and 4 cuz I don't have the schedule in front of me instead of saying that he proceeded to act like he was driving down my information my address and the question I had for him was to switch my furnace orifice from natural gas to propane said it could be done more than likely and ask what was I looking to do I said to install the furnace so I can get a mortgage he said okay like I said I don't have the schedule in front of me I have your information road down I'll give you a call tomorrow and a time that I can be there he has done this to separate times and after failing to respond to me and giving me a time and date on when he's going to come and install the furnace I've called him a third time now and he acts like he has no clue on who he's talking to which tells me he's never even wrote the information down I was telling him over the phone and wasted my time and wasted a total of four weeks that I could have had this done in one step closer to having everything done for my finance I need done spell mortgage thanks Terry Word of Mouth spread good on good business but it spreads even faster on Bad Business
