My husband and I have been customers with Airmaxx Mechanical for many years. We have had more than 10 years, possibly around or nearly 13 years of outstanding service. When our new five year old home's HVAC system stopped working January 12th...during the coldest part of this winter season January 2022 Airmaxx arrived. Josh came initially to diagnose the problem. He was polite/professional and found the motor in the attic would need to be replaced. He contacted the manufacturer and found that the Goodman motor was under factory warranty, fortunately. When the motor arrived, Drew did an outstanding job installing the replacement part. Both technicians explained everything, answered questions and addressed any concerns that I had. Additionally, the owners of this company are personally invested, awesome people. I trust Airmaxx Mechanical and their employees. I especially like that the technicians wore masks and shoe guards while performing the services during these difficult pandemic times. The company goes above and beyond with regard to their services. Airmaxx reps has been nothing but a joy to deal with for servicing my HVAC units. They are absolute professionals, who have been extremely thorough, considerate, courteous, and prompt! Hats off to Drew who just provided me with a winter tune up, since he exemplifies 100% of why I have given this company a 5-star rating.

Hunter Warren was responsive and professional. He promptly fixed our issue and explained what he did. Hunter has been out twice for service calls with us and he is always polite and hardworking. Would definitely recommend AirMaxx.
