  James came out and spent at least an hour walking through the project with me. We talked about a lot of different options. I think what I appreciate the most is that he truly put thought into the project and how best to handle things. He explained everything and worked with every request. I felt comfortable with the numbers and options that were presented. Zach, the installer, was also great to work with. He worked with me on every request I made and did his best to make everything work the best way possible. He was very courteous, communicated during every step, and was always on time. Can't ask for a better process from beginning to end. Very seamless.

  We have been using Addison Smith for years since our new unit had to be installed. Very good company to work with for your HVAC needs. Any of the techs that have come out to the house have been great. Our service tech that came out today, Zach, was very nice and professional.

  My mother in law’s hot water heater completely quit working. There was no water flowing through it at all. She is 90, suffering with dementia, and this was an emergency to us in order to properly care for her. I called Addison Smith who quoted me a very fair price to replace the hot water heater. This was around noon and they had a technician at her house later that evening. Cody was very courteous, professional and did and excellent job! We appreciated his willingness to work late, being diligent and taking care of our needs. We highly recommend calling the friendly staff at Addison Smith and giving them the opportunity for your heating, cooling and plumbing needs too.
