The two guys that came out to my house were awesome. They did a great job communicating. They called to tell me exactly when they would be there, in advance, which helped me with leaving work. They explained the issue to me and how they were going to resolve it. They pumped my septic tank and did a great job with minimizing damage to my yard. I had to leave while they were working, so they sent me pictures of the completed job and I was contacted promptly by the office for a payment over the phone. I am very happy with the service that I received!

Troy, our tech, was amazing! He was knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. I received a quote from a less honest tech from a larger company. Without a proper diagnostic, this tech immediately began up-charging me for a job Troy was able to diagnose, explain, and complete in way less time and at a waaaay less cost! Troy and West Georgia will be the first and only place I call for plumbing and septic service in the future!

Used West Ga Plumbing for septic pumping. This was our second time in five years. We used them simply bc it seems like other septic pump companies are always booked months in advance. (Oh and forget that coupon, ur not going to get that) They do a very good job in pumping out ur tank. But here are things I don’t like and I dreaded when I called: # 1. Overpricing. I’m not but 4 miles away from them and have a 1000 gal tank. Everyone else is $375 to $425 (depending on tank size). This dude charged us $400, but was going to get an extra $100. Bc he said when he pumps that he would be cleaning the drain line out as well, that all of that will come out. Which as you know, it does, but no other septic pumper would do that. It’s a pipe that drains excess water off ur line. It should come out as he pumps at no extra charge unless we asked him to stick a hose in there and clean it. So this guy proceeds to try to call his “supervisor “ to see if he needs to get a extra $100 from us. Thankfully, he could not reach him. Bc that septic pump for 1000 gal tank would’ve been $500. #2. Extra services. So this same day he convinced my husband that we needed a new drain line and that this one is not working properly. I know it may not be long enough, but it is working properly. The thing is I use to watch my dad put them in for people. Well, later that day a guy com s out and marks the telephone lines with orange spray and says that West Ga Plumbing sent him. We were like “WHAT??!” “WHY??!” He told us why and said they also did him the same way when they pumped his septic tank. Lied and said he needed a new drain line. This guy also said that he got another company to check it and it was fine. #3. Trustworthiness. I had a friend who told me they charged him as they pumped for all sorts of things. He said they were talking telling him what he needed all the while charging him. He said his bill was so HIGH and all they did was pump his tank. I ask did they come inside or clean anything. He said “ No they just pumped, talked, charged, and left” he said a friend advised him to use West Ga, but never again. I told him we almost had that problem the first time, but I shot a lot of that service down. I’m not talking down on them bc they come out when u need then, BUT the trickery has to stop. Stop charging folks as the idea hits you as u pump their tanks. Just pump, give a LITTLE advice and go. One day you guys are going to get HUMBLED by a true professional. I advise everyone to stand outside and watch as they pump and women have a man around when they come. These guys are like bad car salesman.
