Doug Peterson came out to un-install our gas range and to plug the gas pipe. As always he was great. He tells you what he is doing and why, and after he is done he letś you know the outcome of his work. Before he leaves he cleans the area he has been working in completely. Mark efficiently led his team, Ethan and Michael, to install a replacement HVAC system (day 1) and then blown-in insulation (day 2) at our home.  This team worked together collaboratively and diligently to ensure on time performance.  The team conveyed enthusiasm for the job and alerted us throughout to the progress. I could not be more pleased with the two systems that were installed at my home, how well they have performed (our home is comfortable 24x7x365, and my electric bills are down by 40+% consistently). They recently came in to service our system, as they do twice a year, and performed a fantastic service, provided evidence that we should change the large filters that help keep our system performing optimally, and ensured our drains were clear and treated them to ensure they remain algae free. AC Pros has been great to deal with.  They installed two new units in our house as well as we have them do the twice a year maintenance.  Mike has been the technician who has come out the last few times and he is always courteous and knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend AC Pros.

We use A/C plumbing and Doug and Ethan did a great job in checking  our drain lines and pipes. They always do a great job for us and we look froward to using them in the future .

Doug had checked out my water heater and drained it as part of maintenance.  He came back and brought Ethan to help him install a new ball valve and 3 new supply water flexes for existing water heater.  He reinsulated everything-then tested everything and it all checked out good with no leaks.  Doug took the time to explain everything to me.  He's a master plumber which means he's an expert at what he does.  I have confidence they both did a very good job.

I had an issue with build up in my pipes causing the AC drain line to back up water to back up. Doug came in and remedied the issue. He also installed a clean out should this ever happen again. He was professional and did a great job! I like that the office communicates when the technician is coming out along with a picture so you know who to expect.
