  Our water heater went out and we called another company that gave us the run around. My husband then called Cold is on the right, they came out and replaced my water heater that day with no issues! Amazing guys, fantastic quality, and I'm now grateful to have hot water back! Thank you to Cold is on the right for your professionalism and speed of service! Y'all are the best!

  We recently lost both of our water heaters to old age. We reached out to Cold is On the Right Plumbing, who we have been using for our plumbing needs. They were quick to come out and quote multiple options to replace our water heaters with the traditional tank type heaters to upgrading to a tankless. We took the leap and went tankless, but were very disappointed in the 2 minutes it was taking for hot water to show up at the faucet. Cold is On the Right quickly sent out Bren and Jake to resolve the issue. I want to give a big shout out to Bren for his relentless pursuit of the issue and Jake for backing him up every step of the way. I highly recommend Cold is On the Right for their outstanding customer service.

  I cannot recommend this place enough .... they have the best team of people and they are so invested in giving you the best service. Their team has gone above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions ... they literally help like a family member and not a service company ... i am so grateful that we have a compassionate people like Santiago and Jake on their team who have done everything in their power to solve all our issues on multiple occasions including today .. when i have the hot water situation in my kitchen. Again very grateful and Very grateful
