  Nick and AB were amazing. I requested an 30 minute heads up call from Reliant and I received that. That is great service because I was able finish my errand and get back to meet them. They arrived promptly and with masks on. I appreciated that and when. went to mine on he also thanked me. They introduced themselves and were friendly. I showed them the faucets that needed repair and they were able to give me some great information on what hard water can do to faucets over time. I appreciated the information. My problem was my cold handles no longer turned on three faucets, so I was forced to use the hot water for everything. He was able to disassemble my faucets and install new ones so now my faucets work perfectly. I am very happy with Reliant Plumbing, their customer service is professional and courteous. Thank you Nick and AB!!

  Jay was dispatched to perform our plumbing repair. He did a wonderful job and was very professional in all he did. He was kind, courteous, conscientious, confident, and very capable! It was his last job of his day, and he worked tirelessly and quickly in order to get our water back on to the house. We were expecting company from out of town and he was a tremendous help in remedying our problem. He’s a very talented and gifted person, and we will be recommending Reliant Plumbing to others when they have issues!!!

  I came home from church to find out I had a leak in the yard on my side of the meter. Called a company mentioned by Crossroads and, after explaining my emergency, was told the earliest appointment was Tuesday! The second place I called was very unprofessional on the phone and I still haven’t heard back from them. Finally called Reliant after seeing reviews in the web. I was giving an estimated time of arrival between 12:00 and 2:00, which would have been fine. Well, here it is, 1:40, and they’ve been here, determined the problem, did repairs and are gone! I cannot say enough good things about Nicolas and Austin! Both were incredibly professional, explained everything step by step, including what possible issue might occur. Fortunately, no issues. The repairs were done leaving the pipes connected in a better way than they had been. And, I was pleasantly surprised at the total cost! If you ever have leaks, call Reliant first!
